Green Smoothie
Learn how to prepare for a green smoothie:-
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 dates
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup of soymilk
Blend everything in a blender and serve with fresh raspberries.
